BULLDOG CAREER
As a Junior [2011] - Made 16 appearances, including 15 starts in her third collegiate go-around • made the majority of her contributions defensively, joining Reegan Lloyd and Kristi Mehrman as one of the defensive catalysts behind a UMD club that surrendered just 1.28 goals per game • took a season-high two shots in a Sept. 18 win over Minnesota Crookston • named to the NSIC All-Academic team.

As a Sophomore [2010] - Played in all 20 games for UMD as a sophomore in 2010 • picked up one goal and four assists for six points • her single goal was the game-winner against Concordia University on Oct. 3, 2010 • contributed 12 shots for a .083 shots percentage.

As a Freshman [2009] - Contributed the game-winning goal in sparking the Bulldogs to a 2-0 win over Southwest Minnesota on Sept. 13, 2009 • added four assists for a six-point rookie year harvest • was the lone UMD freshman to participate in all 22 games • ranked fourth with a shots on goal percentage of .643.

BEFORE UMD
Is a 2009 graduate of River Falls High School • started two seasons for the Wildcats of the Big Rivers Conference • laced up her cleats primarily at the midfielder position while under the tutelage of head coach Stephanie Nelson • won two letters and was a team captain during her senior campaign • was a first-team All-Big Rivers performer, as well as an All-State pick the same year • also ran four years on the RFHS cross-country squad • was a state tournament qualifier three times, and also holds a school record.

PERSONAL: Born Ashley Anne Brown on October 12, 1990 in River Falls, Wis. • daughter of Todd and Stephanie Brown • has two younger siblings (Megan & Kaden) • was a member of the RFHS Student Council and National Honor Society • is double-majoring in political science and economics at UMD.
