His 1957 club was the first unbeaten and nationally ranked team in Sun Devil history ... Appointed as the University of Missouri's head coach the following season ... Headed the Tiger program for 11 years and coached the only school in the nation which didn't lose more than three games in a single season during the 1960s ... Assumed the head coach and general manager position for the NFL's Green Bay Packers in 1971, a post he held for four years ... Guided the Packers to the 1972 NFC Central Division title ... Chosen the United Press International and the Pro Football Writer's of America NFC Coach of the Year that season ...
