Drew the curtain on a record-breaking career in 2001, amassing more goals (52) and points (125 – 20 more than the next closest Bulldog) than anyone to ever wear a UMD uniform ... Was a three-time NSCAA All-Central Region second team selection (1998-2000) and secured a spot on the All-Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference team all fours seasons (first team in 1998-2000 and second team in 2001) -- the first Bulldog to accomplish that feat... Earned the NSIC's Player of the Year award as a sophomore and the NSIC Tournament's Most Valuable Player honor two years later ... Captained the 2001 Bulldogs to their third NSIC title in four years ... Paced UMD in scoring as a rookie, sophomore and senior (racking up a school-record 15 goals in both 1998 and 1999) ... Continues to possess a share of the UMD single-game mark for points (8 vs. Bemidji State University on Oct., 18, 1998) ... Was bestowed with NSCAA Scholar All-America recognition twice (third team in both 2000 and 2001) ... Is a Lino Lakes, Minn., product ... Has been a volunteer assistant coach with the soccer Bulldogs the last two years ... Graduated from UMD in 2002 with B.A. degrees in both communication and Spanish ... Earned her PhD seven years later from North Dakota State University.
