(1959-61, 1965)

Started at both offensive guard and linebacker during first three collegiate season and at fullback and linebacker as a senior in 1965 ... was a member of two Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championship football clubs (1960 and 1961) ... became only the second Bulldog to attain All-MIAC first team honors on three occasions (1960, 1961 and 1965) ... earned Minnesota-Duluth's Most Valuable Lineman Award in 1961.
