Hockey Center/Defense (1967-70)

Placed first on the club scoring charts all three of his seasons with the Bulldogs ... landed All-American and All-WCHA honors as a senior ... selected the Bulldogs' Most Valuable Player in 1968-69 and 1969-70 ... received UMD's Outstanding Senior Athlete Award for 1969-70 ... spent eight years in professional hockey, including stints with the National Hockey League's Buffalo Sabres (1972-74) and the World Hockey Association's Minnesota Fighting Saints (1974-76), New England Whalers (1976-1977), and Edmonton Oilers (1977-78) ... served as head coach for the Thunder Bay (Ontario) Twins, a Senior A club after completing his professional hockey career ... won the Allan Cup as Canadian Senior A champions in both 1983-84 and 1984-85 ...  was born and raised in Thunder Bay.
