Sunny skies and unseasonably warm weather greeted the hundreds of adults, children and Bulldog student-athletes who took part in the the inaugural University of Minnesota Duluth's \"Walk for Women's Scholarships\" Saturday (April 22) at Malosky Stadium on the UMD campus

According to event organizer Karen Stromme, UMD's Assistant Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator, over $30,000 has been raised so far from the \"Walk\" and will go to benefit women's athletic scholarships at UMD.
