UMD Athletics

Constructed in 1975, the Ward Wells Fieldhouse is the home for both UMD men’s and women’s indoor track and field. It contains three full-length basketball/tennis courts and a 176-yard, six-line track. This indoor facility serves as a frequent winter and spring practice facility for many Bulldog programs and also sees extensive intramural, club sport, ROTC and community use.
