BULLDOGS CLOSE SEASON'S FIRST HALF WITH REMATCH AGAINST ST. CLOUD STATE

The University of Minnesota Duluth will sit out on the road one final time in 2015 before taking an earned break over the holidays as the Bulldogs take on Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference North Division rival St. Cloud State University this Saturday afternoon in St. Cloud.

UMD (2-6, 2-3 NSIC) will look to get back to .500 in conference play against the Huskies, a team that knocked off the Bulldogs 65-53 earlier this season on Nov. 28 at Romano Gym. Junior forwad Kenzie Kane scored a career-high 22 points on 7-of-16 shooting against SCSU, but UMD had just six different players contribute points in the game -- they'll need to better balance the attack to match the season series on Saturday.
