Women’s Basketball Finishes Preseason with Dominant Win Over Bethel University

The University of Minnesota Duluth Women's Basketball team completed their preseason slate today with a strong 78-32 win over Bethel University at Romano Gymnasium.

 

The Bulldogs went 33-61 in total shots, ending in a 54.1% field goal percentage. Not only was UMD nearly perfect from the line, going 6-7 in total free throws, but amassed a whopping 19 total steals throughout regulation. Today's Player of the Game award goes to graduate student guard Madelyn Granica, accounting for 14 of UMD's total points while tallying a 70% field goal percentage with one assist and one block assist.
