The Bulldogs are currently 8-3 overall with a 5-2 conference record after getting back in the win column with a victory over Winona State before the break. UMD remains at fourth in the conference behind Concordia St. Paul, Northern State, and Mankato.

After falling out of the Top 25, no more NSIC teams stand in the WBCA national rankings. The Bulldogs rank first in the conference for blocks per game and field goal percentage, and rank within the top three in four other statistical categories, including: scoring defense, scoring margin, three point percentage, and win percentage.
