2014 (Junior) Indoor: Provisional Qualifier • Won the weight throw at the Bethel Open • Threw a season-best 16.41M in the weight throw at the Minnesota State Open • Finished 9th at the NSIC Indoor Championships, in the weight throw

2014 (Junior) Outdoor: Provisional Qualifier • Season-best throw of 53.07M in the weight throw at the Carleton Relays, finishing 1st overall • Finished 2nd in the weight throw at the Jim Duncan Invitational • 7th place finish at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, in weight throw

2013 (Sophomore) Indoor: Season-best throw 15.02M in the weight throw at the Parents Day Open, finishing 7th overall • Finished 4th in weight throw at the Lake Superior Challenge • Threw a season-best 10.11M in shot put at the MSU-Mankato Open

2013 (Sophomore) Outdoor: Threw a season-best 41.58M in the hammer throw at the St. Mary’s Open • Finished 8th in discus at the Meet of the Unsaintly, with a season-best 35.02M • Threw for 26.75M in javelin at the Warrior Women’s Open, finishing 6th overall

2012 (Freshman) Indoor: Season-best throw 9.35M in shot put at the Dairy Queen Blizzard Open • Threw for 9.48M in weight throw at the Lake Superior Challenge

2012 (Freshman) Outdoor: Threw 10.45M for a season-best in shot put, at the UWRF Falcon Invite • Season-best throw of 31.88M in the hammer throw at the Meet of the Unsaintly • At the UWRF Falcon Invite, she threw a season-best 31.89M in discus
