2015 (Senior): National participant in the 3000M Steeplechase looks to return to the national stage again this spring. As well as participant in the indoor national championships in the 3000M and the 5000M

2014 (Junior) Indoor: Finished with a provisional qualifying time of 10:06.56 in the 3000M at the Jack Johnson Classic • Provisionally qualified in the 5000M with a time of 17:38.62 at the NSIC Indoor Championships • NSIC All-Academic Honoree

2014 (Junior) Outdoor: Finished 19th at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships in the 3000M Steeplechase with a time of 11:20.99 • Season-best time of 10:51.01 (provisional qualifier) in the 3000M Steeplechase at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, finishing 2nd • Season-best time of 4:50.93 in the 1500M at the Jim Duncan Invitational • NSIC All-Academic Honoree • USTFCCA All-Central Region Honoree

2013 (Sophomore) Indoor: Won the 1600M with a season-best time of 5:13.83 at the Border Battle at Superior, Wisconsin • Season-best time of 10:36 in the 3000M at the MSU-Mankato Multi and Open, finishing 4th • Season-best time of 3:03.35 in the 1000M at the NSIC Indoor Championships, finishing 5th • 3rd place in the Distance Medley Relay at the NSIC Indoor Championships • NSIC All-Academic Honoree

2013 (Sophomore) Outdoor: Won the 3000M Steeplechase at the Grand View Viking Classic with a season-best time of 11:41.36 • 4th place finish at the Carelton Relays with a season best time of 4:50.55 in the 1500M • Season-best time of 38:24.41 in the 10000M at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, finishing 7th • NSIC All-Academic

2012 (Freshman) Indoor: Season-best time of 3:02.76 in the 1000M at the NSIC Indoor Championships, finishing 7th • Season-best of 5:35.11 in the 1600M at the MSU Mankato Open

2012 (Freshman) Outdoor: Won the 3000M at the Twin Ports Open with a time of 11:00.26 • Season-best time of 38:50.62 in the 10000M at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, finishing 6th • Season-best time of 4:57.95 in the 1500M at the Hamline Invitational

Before UMD: Three-time letter winner for Eden Prairie High School • Three-time state qualifier in track and field, competing in the 3,200 meters, 1600 meters and the 4x800 meter relay • Placed 13th individually at Minnesota State Class AA Cross Country • Letter winner in Soccer and Basketball as well • Active member of DECA/Business Professionals of America
