2015 (Junior): Looks to further compete for the Bulldogs • Repeat NSIC Team title

2014 (Sophomore) Indoor: Ran a season-best 1:40.42 in the 600M at the NSIC Indoor Championships • Season-best 60.73 in the 400M at the Parents Day Open • Finished 4th in the 60H at the St. Thomas Invite, with a season-best time of 9.26 • Ran a season-best time of 27.15 in the 200M at the Lake Superior Challenge

2014 (Sophomore) Outdoor: Finished a season-best 15.17 in the 100H at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • 7th place finish in the 4x400M relay at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, with a school record time of 47.85 • Season-best 65.91 in the 400H at the Jim Duncan Invitational

2013 (Freshman) Indoor: Ran a season-best 600M at the NSIC Indoor Championships, with a time of 1:41.32 • Season-best 61.30 in the 400M at the MSU-Mankato Open • Finished 3rd in the 600M at the Border Battle • Ran a season-best 9.58 in the 60H at the CSS Open

2013 (Freshman) Outdoor: Finished 6th in the 400H at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • Season-best 15.12 in the 100H at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • Ran a season-best 64.98 in the 400H at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • Finished 3rd in the 100H at the Meet of the Unsaintly • 9th place showing in the hurdle shuttle relay at Drake Relays • Vaulted a season best 3.10M at the Hamline Invitational
