BEFORE UMD: Worked the Western Michigan University defensive trenches for one season (2012) before enlisting his services with the Bulldogs ... appeared in 12 games with the Broncos last fall, including one as a starter (vs. Illinois on Sept. 1), and accumulated 19 total tackles (six solos and 13 assisted stops) ... is a 2012 graduate of Cretin-Derham High School in St. Paul ... was a member of the 2009 Minnesota State Class AAAAA championship club and three Suburban East Conference titleholders ... helped the Raiders roll up a 33-4 overall record during his three seasons of varsity action ... landed a spot on the Associated Press All-State Team twice and was a Minnesota Mr. Football Award finalist in 2011 ... was chosen the Suburban East Conference Defensive Lineman of the Year as a senior ...  is the son of Nate and Kecia Harden.
