Before UMD: Seven-time-letter-winner for the Highland Hawks • Six Arizona State High School appearances • Four-time recipient of First Team All-District honors • Four-time recipient of First Team All-State honors • 2014 Arizona Division I State Champion in 4x800M relay • Took a 7th place finish her junior and senior year at Arizona Division I State Cross Country Championships • Received a team award of Most Improved her sophomore and junior seasons, as well as MVP her junior and senior year • Team Captain

Personal: Born Allyson Grace Girard on October 21st, 1997 • Daughter of Mark and Kerrie Girard • Two siblings: Ryan and Hailey • Also a bunny named Elliot and a cat named Olivia
