2015 Outdoor (Junior): Competed at the DII Outdoor National Championships in the 3000M steeplechase, finishing 14th • School record holder in the 3000M steeplechase with a time of 10:31.25 • Ran a personal best of 4:30.89 in the 1500M at the Mt. SAC Relays • Finished 2nd in the 3000M steeplechase, at the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference meet • 8th place finish in the 800M at the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference meet • Personal best of 2:14.96 in the 800M • Won the 3000M steeplechase at the Jim Duncan Invitational • 6th place finish at the Drake Relays in the 3000M steeplechase

2014-2015 Indoor (Junior): Return to the DII Indoor National Championships in the 1600M, finishing 12th • 10th place finish in the distance medley relay at the DII Indoor National Championships • 12th place finish in the 3000M at the DII Indoor National Championships • Won the 1600M at the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference meet, with a season best 4:55.75 • 2nd place finish in the 3000M at the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference meet • Won the Parents Day 1000M title with a season best 2:58.16 • Won five individual titles this season

2014 Outdoor (Sophomore): Finish 5th in the 1500M at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • Season-best 2:21.74 in the 800M at the Jim Duncan Invitational • Ran a season-best 4:39.20 in the 1500M at the Meet of the Unsaintly • Finished 5th in the Distance Medley Relay at the Drake Relays • Won the 1500M at the JIm Duncan Invitational • 9th place in the 1500M at the Florida State University Relays

2013-2014 Indoor (Sophomore): All American in the 1600M • 7th place finish in the 1600M at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships, with a season-best 4:55.59 • 10th place finish in the Distance Medley Relay at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships • 4th place finish in the 1600M at the NSIC Indoor Championships • 6th place finish in the 1000M at the NSIC Indoor Championships • Provisional Qualifier • Season-best 2:59.81 in the 1000M at the NSIC Indoor Championships • Won the 1600M at the Bison Open • Won the 1600M at the Bethel Open

2013 Outdoor (Freshman): Finished 5th in the 1500M at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, in a season-best time 4:43.42 • Season best 2:26.98 at the 800M at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • 2nd place finish in the 1500M at the Grand View Viking Classic • 12th place finish in the Distance Medley Relay, at the Drake Relays

2012-2013 Indoor (Freshman): Finished 7th in the 1600M at the NSIC Indoor Championships, with a season-best 5:08.78 • 3rd place finish in the Distance Medley Relay at the NSIC Indoor Championships • Season-best 3:07.46 in the 1000M at the Parents Day Open • Won the 1600M at the Lake Superior Challenge • Season best 2:26.05 in the 800M at the Border Battle • Won the 3000M at the CSS Opener • 2nd place finish in the 1600M at the Northwest Open
