Before UMD: Five time Minnesota State participant between Track & Field and Cross Country. Two time team captain at Delano High School. Participant in the Hamline Elite Meet. All-State Cross Country. Three time school record holder in 800M, 1600M, & 3200M.
Personal: Adam Armbruster born May 12, 1997. The son of John and Lynn Armbruster. Three siblings; brothers Ethan and Austin, sister Ellen.
