Favorite Track Meet: NSIC Outdoor Championships – such a fun way to end the season.
Why I Chose UMD: The beautiful city on the water, the amazing trails to run on, and an awesome Communications Department to help me pursue my degree. Plus, the great opportunities I’ve had running for UMD.
Influences On My Athletic Career: My parents for they never stop pushing me and supporting me to chase my dreams. My sisters, Kayleigh and Mari, have always taught me to never give up. Lastly, Jane Reimer-Morgan has made me the runner I am today.
Favorite College Course: All of my American Sign Language classes.
What Most People Don't Know About Me: I played piano from kindergarten all the way to senior year of high school!
Most Memorable UMD Athletic Moment: Last cross country season I ran my PR at our conference meet and landed a 17
th place finish. Also, going to St. Leo, Fla., for the NCAA II national meet was crazy cool too!
Pre-Meet Ritual or Superstition: Gotta have my lucky “I am strong” socks!! And I find my dad and give him a thumbs up before each race.
Favorite Professional Athlete: Emma Coburn. Girl crush.
Sport I'd Like to Try Someday: Hockey!
