GETTING TO KNOW SHEA:
Why I Chose UMD: I chose UMD because I have always admired the outdoor lifestyle that Duluth has to offer. It also gave me the opportunity to continue to compete in track & field.
Influences On My Athletic Career:Â My high school coaches and parents made the biggest impact on my athletic career, as well as my teammates and friends.
What Most People Don't Know About Me: Most people don’t know that I enjoy rock climbing outside of track & field.
Pre-Meet Ritual or Superstition: I don’t have a set ritual, but I need to eat a good breakfast and listen to music to mentally prepare before every meet.
