GETTING TO KNOW LINDSAY MARUSKA:
Why I Chose UMD: In Duluth, you can choose to be in the city or drive 10 miles north and be in the country. I love the area and the lake! Why not have a bunch of snow when it is freezing outside?
Influences On My Athletic Career: My family has been such a positive influence on my athletic career and are my biggest fans. My parents support my passion for T&F, and my siblings push me to get better, faster, and stronger!
Favorite College Course: So far, Calc 2
What Most People Don't Know About Me: I love to hunt and ride dirtbikes and wheelers! I love the outdoors!
Pre-Meet Ritual or Superstition: I always make sure all my spikes are tight, and I retie my shoes a million times to get them just right! I also have to take a deep breath and remind myself that I can do it.
Favorite Professional Athlete: Keturah Orji
Sport I'd Like to Try Someday: Rugby!
