Biography

2021-2022:  The team captain skated in all 40 Bulldog games her senior season, helping UMD play in back-to-back NCAA Frozen Fours and a title game appearance ... posted 10 points on six goals and four assists -- the eighth most goals on the team ... had a plus/minus rating of +14, and averaged 1.68 shots per game, all the while making the second blocks on the team with 41 ... named a WCHA Scholar Athlete for a third consecutive time, as well as a 2021-22 WCHA All-Academic Team selection.

2020-2021:  Played in 11 games for the Bulldogs before suffering a season ending knee injury against St. Cloud on Jan. 29...has a career-best three points against Minnesota State on Nov. 21, 2020, scoring two goals and adding an assist...became a two-time WCHA Scholar Athlete, All-WCHA Academic Team selection, as well as a two-time American Hockey Coaches Association 2020-21 Division I Krampade All-American Scholar.

2019-2020:  Posted breakout-season numbers, with seven goals and 11 assists for 18 points over 36 games, including a game-winning tally and two power play goals ... named both a 2019-20 WCHA Scholar Athlete and to the 2019-20 WCHA All-Academic Team, as well as to the American Hockey Association's 2019-20 Division I Krampada All-American Scholars list.

2018-2019:  Skated in all 35 games as a freshman, compiling two goals and three assists for five points ... put 46 shots on goal ...named an All American Scholars by the American Hockey Coaches Association after attaining at least 3.6 GPA each semester and 40% participation in UMD games in the 2018-19 season

BEFORE UMD:  A member of the Panthers MSHS Tournament third place team in 2014, she was a  USA Hockey Under-18 Select 66 Camp attendee in Biddeford, Maine in 2016, and was also tabbed for the Under-18 National Development Camp in St. Cloud, Minn. in 2015 ... an alternate for the U.S. National U-18 Team in 2016, she was a CCM NIT Champion with Minnesota High Performance Team Gold U-18 in 2017 ... was a CCM NIT Champion MSHSL Elite League and in 2015, earned second place in the national championships ... an Elite League participant in 2017, 2016 and 2015, and a Lake Conference All-Conference selection for Hopkins High School the past three seasons (2016-17, 2015-16, 2014-15) ... a three-year captain,  led the Royals in points the past three seasons (2017-18, 2016-17, 2015-16).

PERSONAL:  Born Kylie Jean Hanley on Oct. 11, 1999 in Minneapolis, Minn. ... is the daughter of Stuart and Jean Hanley ... has two older brothers (Mitchell and Patrick) ... was a 2018 graduate of Hopkins High School ... is biology at major at UMD.
