2023
  • 2023 NSIC All-Conference; First Team Defense
  • Recorded a total of 43 tackles, including 29 solo efforts, which ranked him second on the team
  • Averaged 5.5 tackles per loss per game, and 25 yards overall
  • appeared in all 11 games
  •  sacked for significant losses, and defended three passes on the season
2022
Appeared in 10 games for the Bulldogs...Finished the season with 42 tackles with 31 solo and 11 assisted...Recorded 3 tackles for a loss of 15 yards...Picked up one fumble recovery. 

2021
Got into nine games for the Bulldogs. Secured seven solo and nine assisted for 16 total tackles during the 2021 campaign. 

2020
Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019
Was redshirted as a first-year freshman.

BEFORE UMD: Three-year starter (outside linebacker and tight end) at Baldwin-Woodville High School ... played under head coach Dan Keefer ... was  bestowed with All-Middle Border Conference honors (linebacker) as both a junior and senior ... earned that same recognition for his play at tight end in 2018 in addition to making the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association All-State Team (honorable mention) at that same position ... captained the Blackhawks during his final prep go-around ...  also has handled a starting role for three years in basketball (all-conference guard) and baseball (centerfielder) at Baldwin-Woodville High School.
PERSONAL: Is the son of Jason and Lynn Klopp ... has two older siblings (Alex and Abby) ... is majoring in finance at UMD.
