The Bulldogs are launching the 1895 Fund in support of UMD student-athletes and their path to resume competition. Your support provides the resources necessary to meet the cost of excellence during these challenging times. Tthe Bulldogs are asking you to give to the 1895 Fund. Why 1895?  The University of Minnesota Duluth was founded in 1895 and the additional average cost to support Bulldog student-athletes this year is $1,895.

Every gift makes a difference. The Bulldogs are asking for gifts in the amounts of 1895 (the average additional cost to support Bulldog student-athletes during this year is $1,895) which will help empower our teams to get back to competition. • $18.95 - Masks and PPE for student-athletes and/or a coach for a year.
• $189.50 - Testing for a WEEK for a student-athlete so that they are able to compete.
• $1,895 - Testing for a SEMESTER and cleaning supplies and equipment for the Athletic Training Room and Strength & Conditioning Facility.
• $18,950 - A Sports Medicine Intern to provide Health, Wellbeing and Sports Medicine Support for Bulldog Athletics in this time of great need.
