FAQ Bulldog Loyalty Program

We understand that this is a new program and you probably have lots of questions! If you cannot find the answer to your question here, please reach out to 218-726-7989 or umddev@d.umn.edu.

  1. How are the points calculated?

    1. Current Fiscal Year Giving (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024) to UMD Athletics - 10 points per $100

    2. Life to Date Commitments to UMD Athletics through previous Fiscal year - 1 point per $1000

    3. Consecutive years of season ticket purchases based upon calendar year  – 10 points per year. E.g., (hockey years + football years X 10)

    4. Current Fiscal Year Giving to UMD, excluding UMD Athletics- 1 point per $300

    5. UMD Athletic Alumni - 40 points (one time award of points)

    6. UMD Alumni - 20 points (one time award of points)

  2. What if I am a season ticket holder but not a donor, or a donor but not a season ticket holder, do I still get points?

    1. Yes! As long as you are EITHER a season ticket holder (for any sport) and/or a donor of at least $100 each year, you will receive a point total

  3. When will I be able to select experiences based on my point total?

    1. Experience “shopping” will be in August and include a variety of experiences

  4. Can I support a specific sport and accumulate points?

    1. Yes! Donations to any UMD Athletics Fund will qualify for points

  5. What happened to the previous Priority Points system?

    1. As college athletics (and technology) continue to evolve, we are phasing out the priority point system that was used for fans to select seats at AMSOIL Arena. The new Bulldog Loyalty Program point system will now be used for seat relocation at AMSOIL Arena and Malosky Stadium, and to shop for experiences

  6. Do individual tickets purchased “count” towards my Bulldog Loyalty Program Score?

    1. No, at this time, only season ticket holders and/or donors accumulate a score

  9. Where can I see my point total?

    1. Season ticket holders will be able to see their point total by logging into their TicketMaster Account. If you are not a season ticket holder, please contact 218-726-7989

  10. How often will Bulldog Loyalty Program points be calculated?

    1. Before season ticket seat selection, before Bulldog Loyalty Program Experience Shopping, quarterly as needed
