•All-NSIC Second Team 
•Broke into the top 6 of UMD all time receiving yards after his 2000th yard 
Played in eight games for UMD... Made 32 receptions for 540 yards with the longest at 75 yards...Scored five receiving touchdowns...Averaged 16.9 yards per catch and 67.5 yards per game.

2021
•All-NSIC First Team
• Broke the all time UMD record for receiving yards in a single season (1,315 yrds.)
• Third in the NSIC and fourth nationally in total receiving yards
Dressed in all twelve games, while leading all Bulldog receivers with 1,315 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns on the season.  Posted an average of 109.58 receiving yards per game. 

2020
Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Signed on at UMD as a transfer in January 2019 ...was a member of the Bulldog track and field team  last winter and wound up placing third in both the triple jump and long jump at the NSIC indoor meet.

BEFORE UMD: Competed in both football and track and field at Northwest Missouri State for one season (2017) ... caught  three passes for 28 yards in five appearances during his lone go-around with the Bearcats ... was a teammate of fellow 2019 Bulldog transfer wide receiver Quincy Woods that season  ... collared all-state honorable mention honors as a wide receiver at Indian Trail Academy (Kenosha, Wis.) ...played under head coach Mike McKay ... named all-conference, all-region and the school's Male Athlete of the Year ... captured the Wisconsin state indoor championships in the long jump and triple jump ... finished second in triple jump at the Wisconsin state outdoor championships ... holds Hawk school records in triple and long jumps
PERSONAL: Is the son of John and Marci Carmickle ... is majoring in journalism at UMD.
