Only dressed in seven games after a season ending injury...Recorded 42 tackles with 34 being solo and eight assisted....Recorded four tackles with a loss of 14 yards and one sack for a loss of 5 yards.

2021
• All-NSIC First Team 
•Finished third in the NSIC for his 92 tackles
Competed in all twelve games for UMD. Led the team in tackles with an impressive 51 solo and 41 assisted for 92 total tackles.  Posted 18 tackles for a loss of 73 yards. Recorded five sacks for a loss of 41 yards, while also intercepting two passes and securing two pass breakups. Tallied 14 tackles and two sacks during UMD's week four matchup with Wayne State College

2020
Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019
Played in all eleven games for UMD. Tallied 20 solo tackles while finishing sixth on the team in total tackles with 31. Posted 5.5 TFL for a total loss of 16 yards. Secured 2.5 sacks and one pass break-up.

2018
Was redshirted as a first-year freshman.

BEFORE UMD: Three-year starter (linebacker) at Brookfield East High School ...  was a 2017 Associated Press All-State and Wisconsin Football Coaches Association All-State first team honoree ...  holds the Brookfield High School single-season tackles record ... captained the Spartans as a junior (when they captured the WIAA Division II state title) and senior ... twice received All-Greater Metro Conference first team recognition and was that league's Defensive Back of the Year in 2017 ... played under head coach Ben Farley ... also lettered in both track and field (shot put and discus) and lacrosse (center mid) at Brookfield East High School.
PERSONAL: Is the son of Brian and Tracy Dati ... has two older siblings (Evan and Erin) ... is majoring in civil engineering at UMD.
