BEFORE UMD: Played two-ways for the Chargers... earned two-time Second Team All-Conference Offense and Second Team All-Conference Defense... had over 1,000 yards each in passing and rushing in a single season.

PERSONAL: Son of Shawn and Heather Schmid... has two siblings (Keegan & Addison)... graduated class of 2026 Magna Cum Laude... electrical engineering major at UMD.
