Dressed in all 12 games for the Bulldogs. Recorded 25 solo and 12 assisted for 37 total tackles. Chipped in three tackles for a loss of ten yards. Led the team in quarterback hurries with two.

2019
• All-NSIC First Team Honors
Played in all eleven games for the Bulldogs. Finished second on the team in total tackles with 42 while finishing first in solo tackles with 35. Notched two sacks for a loss of 12 yards while posting 9.5 TFL for a loss of 33 total yards. Recorded four pass break-ups and one forced fumble.
2018
Furnished the Bulldogs with amply linebacker insurance while spelling senior Gus Weding at one of the inside positions ... closed out the year with 18 total tackles, including 1.5 for negative yards, and one quarterback hurry while hitting the field in all 12 games ... also was credited with one of UMD's three blocked kicks (a punt that was recovered in the Minnesota Crookston end zone for a touchdown on Oct. 27).

BEFORE UMD: Four-year starter (linebacker, running back, safety and tight end) at Saint Croix Central High School ... captained the Panthers to the 2016 WIAA Division 4 state championship and secured a spot on the State All-Finals Team ... was a two-time All-Middle Border Conference honoree on both sides of the football ... received a Richmond News Inhuman Award as the Middle Border Conference's Most Valuable Linebacker in 2016 ... played under head coach Tony DiSalvo ... was a three-time track letterman and the Saint Croix High School record holder in the 110-meter hurdles ... also competed one year with both the Panther golf and wrestling programs.
PERSONAL: Is the son of David and Jeanne Refsnider ... has one older sister (Taylor) ... is a civil engineering major at UMD.
