AS A BULLDOG: 
2018: Stayed clear of the injury bug for the first time in three years and took advantage of that -- to say the least -- by securing All-NSIC second team recogntion ... started at one of the inside linebacker spots in all 12 games ... finished fourth among his teammates in tackles with 43 ... that total included 8.5 stops behind the line of scrimmage and 2.0 quarterback sacks ... also had a pair of quarterback hurries and forced one fumble.
2017: Underwent offseason surgery and missed the entire season.
2016: Suffered two different injuries which sidelined him for basically the whole fall as well as spring drills ... had one tackle on the year -- against Winona State in the home opener.
2015: Was red-shirted as a first-year freshman.
BEFORE UMD: Two-year starter at Menasha High School ... earned both Associated Press (unanimous) and Wisconsin Football Coaches Association All-State recognition as a senior in addition to forging a spot on the All-Bay Conference ... played for head coach Jeramie Korth -- and with Zac Hawn, a UMD freshman tight end  -- for the 2014 WIAA Division 2 state champions  ... captained the Blue Jays as a senior and was voted their Defensive Player of the Year ... won a Reaching for Excellence award in 2014 from the Menasha School Board.
PERSONAL: Is the son of Dennis and Betsy Erdmann ... is majoring in exercise science at UMD.
COLLEGIATE HIGHS: Total Tackles - 6 vs. Southwest Minnesota State (10/13/18) and at Minot State (8/30/18) Sacks - 1.0 at Minnesota Crookston (10/27/18) and vs. Bemidji State (9/22/18). Tackles For Loss - 2.0 vs. Bemidji State (9/22/18).
