AS A BULLDOG: 
2016: Was redshirted as a first-year freshman.
BEFORE UMD: Took over as Waubonsie Valley High School's starting quarterback in 2015 and helped lead the Warriors to a spot in the Illinois State 8A State semifinals ... served as a team captain during his final prep go-around and attained All-Dupage Valley Conference honorable mention acclaim in 2015 ... played under head coach Paul Murphy.
PERSONAL: Is the son of Maureen and Tim Connolly ... is majoring in business at UMD.
