AS A BULLDOG: 
2021: Appeared in three games on the season, including UMD's NCAA Championship matchup at Angelo St. Tallied one solo tackle against MSU Moorhead in week five.
2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019: Was redshirted as a first-year freshman.
BEFORE UMD: One-year starter (cornerback, wide receiver and return specialist) at Prior Lake High School ... played under head coach Matt Gegenheimer and was a teammate of fellow 2019 UMD recruit Colin O'Connor ... had a hand in 47 tackles in nine outings as a senior on his way to nailing down All-District first team honors ... was voted the Lakers' Special Teams Player of the Year in 2018 ... also started three years in basketball as a prep (All-South Suburban Conference guard).
PERSONAL: Is the son of Cedell and Jennifer Jacox ... has two siblings (Jaz, who played football at NSIC rival Augustana University from 2014-16, and Aleecea) ... is majoring in business at UMD.
