AS A BULLDOG: 
2016: Established career highs in a number of key offensive categories including receptions (12), receiving yards (185) ... chipped in another 26 yards on the ground (on four carries) ... didn't miss an outing -- for the second straigt season -- and made four starts ... also was involved in five total tackles on special teams play.
2015: Took snaps in all 12 games as a relief specialist at the running back and wide out posts ... also dabbled a bit on the kick return unit and brought back four kicks for 932 yards ... his 34-yard return against Minot State in the regular season finale was the longest by a Bulldog ... ran for 14 yards on three carries (his identical numbers from 2014) and had five catches which he parlayed into another 70 yards.
2014: Got his first taste of NCAA II football -- some seven games worth ... came off the bench to rush three times for 14 yards on the season and added another 36 yards via three pass catches ... certainly made his first reception a memorable one -- a seven-yard, fourth quarter strike from Eric Kline that closed out the scoring in UMD's 63-28 home triumph over Minnesota State-Moorhead on Oct. 4.
2013: Was redshirted as a first-year freshman.
BEFORE UMD: Was the 2012 Wisconsin State Journal Player of the Year ... starred for four seasons at Monona Grove High School and head coach Mike Stassi … was a 2012 Wisconsin Football Coaches Association All-State first team pick ... served as a team captain during his final prep go-around and led the Silver Eagles in rushing, receiving, points scored and total touchdowns (29) ... exited the Monona Grove program as its all-time leader in yards per rush (12.2) and gained over 1,500 all-purpose yards ... was chosen the 2012 Badger-South Conference Offensive Player of the Year … twice landed Badger-South Conference first team acclaim (2011-12) … also played basketball (guard) and ran track for the Silver Eagles (sprint and jumps).
PERSONAL: Is the son of Bob and the late Beverly Conner ... is majoring in exercise science.
