BEFORE UMD: Three-year starter (offensive and defensive line) at Jordan High School ... played under head coach Ozzie Sand ... was a 2019 All-District honoree ... captained the Hubmen as a senior while being chosen the recipient of the team's Hammer of the Year Award (most pancakes).
PERSONAL: Is the son of Allen and Sarah Houdek ... has two siblings (Marcus and Ava) ... plans on majoring in exercise and rehabilitation science at UMD.
