Played in nine games for UMD...Finished the season with 21 tackles with 12 solo and nine assisted...Posted one sack for 10 yards.
2021
Competed as a true freshman in all twelve games for UMD. Led all freshmen in tackles after posting 17 solo and 11 assisted for 28 total tackles on the year. Handled long snapping duties. Tallied 21 total yards on two kick returns.
BEFORE UMD: Four-year starter (linebacker, running back and long snapper) at Xavier High School... played under head coach Dave Hinkens... was named 1st team All-State by the Associated Press and the WFCA ... was a Wis. State Player of the Year finalist (2020) ... was the Wis. Linebacker of the Year (2020) ... All-Region fullback (2020) and linebacker (2019, 2020)... named the Bay Conference’s Player of the Year (2020)... Bay Conference’s consecutive Linebacker of the Year (2019, 2020)... Bay Conference’s Defensive Player of the Year (2020)... was a 2x All-Conference running back (2019, 2020)... 4x All-Conference linebacker (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020)... three-time team captain ...also wrestled (220 LB) for four years [placed 5th (2019), 4th (2020), and 3rd (2021) at state]... named Bay Conference Wrestler of the Year (2021)... powerlifted for three years (placed 3rd twice (2019, 2020) and 10th (2018) at state)... lettered in track and field as a freshman and sophomore (100m, shot put and discus)... was team captain for the WFCA All-Star game and selected as the U.S. Marines Player of the Game.
