2024 (Junior): 
  • NSIC All-Conference First Team
  • CSC Academic All-District Team
  • Participated in 56 games of the season, starting in all of them
  • Paced the team with 62 hits, 18 doubles, six home runs and 45 RBI
  • Third on the team with .354 batting average
  • Carried a slash line of .354/.418/.560
  • Registered a team leading 389 putouts and completed a team high nine double plays to go along with 7 assists
  • Displayed a career day against Sioux Falls on Apr. 13, going 4-for-4 with two home runs and a double to drive in a career high eight runs 
2023 (Sophomore): 
  • 2023 NSIC Tournament championship team member
  • NSIC All-Conference First Team
  • CSC Academic All-District Team

  • Recorded at least 2 hits in 12 games and 2 or more RBIs in 6 games

  • Ran career-bests across the board at the plate - batting average, runs, hits (50), doubles and RBIs (29)
2022 (Freshman):
  • Satarted 53 of 55 games for the Bulldogs
  • Posted 22 runs, 32 hits, 7 doubles, 5 home runs and 26 RBIs in 134 at-bats
  • Recorded a batting average of .239 with a slugging percentage of .403
  • Noted an impressive fielding percentage of .912 in 80 attempts stole five bases
  • Tallied her first collegiate home run on 4/9/22 against No. 18 Minnesota State
  • First career hit came on 2/5/22 against Northwest Missouri
BEFORE UMD: Attended Edgewood High School in Verona, Wis. Was a two-sport athlete at Edgewood. As a member of the softball team, lettered all four years. Earned Badger South Conference First Team All-Conference honors as a senior in 2021. Was named All-Conference Honorable Mention in 2019. Also lettered for two seasons in volleyball. Was a member of Honors Society in both 2020 and 2021. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Bill and Julie Schmitt. Has three siblings (Michelle, Lyndsay and Matthew) ... majoring in biochemistry at UMD.
