AS A BULLDOG:
2016: Was aptly voted UMD's Outstanding Defensive Lineman ... also added a All-NSIC North Division honorable mention citation to his junior year resume ... made 12 appearances -- 10 as a starter -- rotating between right and left defensive end ... wound up making 14 total tackles, including 2.5 sacks ... also had four quarterback hurries (including three against Winona State on Sept. 10) and forced one fumble 
2015: Became markedly more involved in the Bulldogs' ball-stopping efforts ... started two games -- the season opener and  finale -- at right defensive end ... tied for second among linemen in solo tackles with 11 and assisted on 13 other stops ... took part in all 12 games ... also was credited with 6.0 tackles for a loss, 3.5 sacks and three quarterback hurries .. recorded a personal-high four tackles in road bouts with Minnesota State-Moorhead and Northern State.
2014: Found playing opportunities limited in the defensive trenches, but did get called into service in seven games ... had a hand in three tackles in addition to recovering a pair of fumbles.
2013: Was redshirted as a first-year freshman.
BEFORE UMD: Captained Wisconsin Rapids High School in each of his final two prep seasons ... was a two-year starter under head coach Tony Biolo … closed out his Red Raider career in style by claiming a bevy of honors during his senior year, including a selection to the All-Valley Football Association, all-region and all-state (honorable mention) teams … filled a starting linebacker role for a Red Raider club placed second at the 2011 Division I Wisconsin Champion … was named a semifinalist for the John Anderson Award (outstanding senior linebacker in the state of Wisconsin) and a Wisconsin Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete nominee … was a two-year basketball letterman and was entrusted with team captaincy duties during the 2012-13 season.
PERSONAL: Is the son of Rod and Marti Henke ... is majoring in mechanical engineering.
COLLEGIATE HIGHS: Total Tackles - 4 at Northern State (10/31/15) and at MSU-Moorhead (10/3/15).  Sacks - 1.0 (5 Times). Tackles For Loss - 1.5 vs. Fort Hays State (12/5/15).
