BULLDOG CAREER:
2016-17 (Junior) Saw action in 24 games making two starts for the Bulldogs • averaged 14.7 minutes per game while producing 4.5 points and 2.4 boards a game • hit double-digits twice and shot above 75.0 percent in both of those games • scored a season-high 15 points against Wayne State • picked the pockets of the Golden Eagles a season-high three times on Dec. 3 • tallied a season-high five rebounds twice • selected All-Academic Team for a second consecutive season.
2015-16 (Sophomore) Played and started in 23 games during her sophomore season with the Bulldogs • netted a collegiate career high with 17 points in the NSIC Tournament at Sioux Falls on Feb. 24 • twice hit 14 points in the regular season, first at Northern State on Dec. 11 and again vs. Concordia-St. Paul on Jan. 2 • grabbed a season-best eight rebounds in back-to-back games at Winona State on Feb. 6 and against MSU Moorhead on Dec. 12 • dished three assists with 12 points at Upper Iowa on Feb. 6 • selected to the NSIC All-Academic Team.
2014-15 (Freshman) Played in all 27 games while starting the final 22 of the year for UMD, averaging 20.0 minutes per appearance • scored a season-high eight points in her collegiate debut against Michigan Tech on Nov. 15, grabbing four rebounds • matched that mark at Minnesota-Crookston on Dec 5 while also adding a season-high 11 rebounds for UMD • knocked back four blocks while adding three assists, both season highs, against U-Mary on Feb. 21.
BEFORE UMD: A 2014 graduate of Fergus Falls High School • started five years for coach Brad Strand and the Otters • selected an All-Minnesota State Honorable Mention in her junior season • earned All-Central Lakes Conference honors in each of her final three seasons • also played four years of volleyball as a middle hitter, earning all-conference honors in her junior and senior seasons.
PERSONAL: Born Anna Elizabeth Monke in Faribault, Minn. • daughter of Beth and Dean Monke • has two siblings, Mariah and Matthew • sister Mariah plays basketball for NCAA I Green Bay Phoenix • served on student council and participated in choir in high school • member of Church Youth Group and Young Life • plans to major in Pyschology at UMD.
