AS A BULLDOG:
2021: Had an impressive senior campaign, starting in all 47 games ... tallied 26 runs and 42 hits ... scored three homeruns ... amassed 22 RBI ... ended the season with a .449 slugging percentage and .366 on-base percentage ... recorded 71 putouts and only two errors ... named to the NSIC Gold Glove team for the second time in her career ... also excelled in the classroom and received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.
2020: Started in all 19 games played before the season was canceled due to COVID-19 ... scored 10 runs on 16 hits, including three doubles and a homerun ... recorded a slugging percentage of .379.
2019: Carved herself a spot on the NSIC All-Gold Glove team ... appeared in 54 games, including 51 as the team's starting second baseman ... finished third on the Bulldogs hitting charts with a career-best .287 average ...  made just four errors in 230 opportunities in the field for a team-leading .983 field percentage ... had 13 multi-hit afternoons to her sophomore year credit ... qualified for the NSIC All-Academic Team and was a NFCA Scholar-Athlete Award recipient.
2018: Played in 34 games and started in a pair of games as the designated hitter ... was primarily used as a pitch runner as she learned behind a pair of All-American middle infielders (Becky Smith and Natalie Wright) ... scored 13 runs and a team-high nine runs as a pitch runner ... went 4-for-16 at the plate (.250 average) with four RBI and four walks ... swiped all four base stealing opportunities ... recorded her first collegiate hit and first RBI on Feb. 15 against Missouri Western State.
BEFORE UMD: Is a 2017 graduate of New Prague H.S. ... played  five years (catcher and utility player) for coach Anna Borwege ... collared five All-Wright Country citations (first team from 2014-17 and honorable mention in 2013) ... she served as team captain her junior and senior seasons ... enjoyed a stellar final season with the Trojans, earning Minnesota Fastpitch Coaches Association First Team All-State and Star Tribune All-Metro Third Team honors and bestowed offensive player of the year by her peers ...  her Trojan club earned the program’s first-ever state appearance in 2014 ... backed that up with their second Minnesota State Class 4A Tournament berth in three years in 2016 ... garnered 4A All-Section 1 award as a junior ... bestowed as a three-time Warrior Award recipient in softball ... made her mark on the soccer pitch as an All-Wright County goalkeeper, where she was a two-time most valuable player.
PERSONAL: Born Taylor Koehnen in New Prague, Minn. ... is the daughter of Dan and Peg ... has two older sisters (Tara and Rochelle) ... is majoring in human biology at UMD.
