GETTING TO KNOW COLE:
Why I Chose UMD: I chose UMD because I knew it had a good engineering school and it was not too expensive.
Influences On My Athletic Career: My parents have always pushed me to do run and compete hard. My high school coach has also too made me the runner I am today.
What Most People Don't Know About Me: I played football in 7th grade.
Pre-Meet Ritual or Superstition: I don’t do anything Favorite Professional Athlete: Ben Blankenship because he went my high school.

Years Lettered/Competed with Varsity: Ran varsity and lettered both in XC and track my senior year
High School Highlights: When I ran my 1600(4:21.6) and 800(1:57.12) PR on the same night with only an 1.5 hour break in between event.
