Favorite CC meet: St. Cloud was super fast and flat
Favorite track meet: NSIC Indoor Conference in 2017, I ran a PR in the 3k and 5k
Why I Chose UMD: good engineering program, great group of guys on the team, awesome city and location
Influences On My Athletic Career: my parents and high school coaches

What Most People Don't Know About Me: I didn't start track until my junior year of high school
Most memorable UMD Athletic Moment:
Running under the lights at Macalester and winning my first college race with a sub 15 minute 5k.
Pre-Meet Ritual or Superstition: I tie each spike twice before every race
Favorite Professional Athlete: Karl Anthony Towns, big KAT
