AS A BULLDOG:
2015- Patrolled the Bulldog outfield for the first time as a full-time starter ... turned in UMD's sixth highest batting average (a career-high .310 mark) while making 44 starts (another personal best) ...  all but three of those starts were in rightfielder... paced all Bulldog infielders and outfielders in field percentage (.980), committing but one error in 50 chances ... swatted two of her five homers last season in a 7-5 loss to Ouchita Baptist on Valentine's Day ... had seven multi-hit games to her credit ... batted .352 with runners on base.
2014- Ramped her game up a notch or two and had the numbers to prove it ... played in 41 games, 30 as a starting outfielder -- both career-bests ... was third among Bulldogs in home runs (seven) and in slugging percentage (.552) and sixth in batting average (.281) ... went out with a bang by going 9-for-23 with three homeruns and three doubles in the last eight games of the year ... flew out and grounded out the same number of times (23).
2013- Saw action in 38 outings and was juggled in an out of the starting lineup… batted .222 on the year ... cracked a two-run double in her first-ever collegiate game  ---  the season opener versus California Baptist … had six of her 10 runs batted in come with two outs … displayed some pop in her bat, hitting a trio of doubles and home runs  that translated into a .413 slugging percentage.

BEFORE UMD: Is a 2012 graduate of Papillion La Vista High School ... captained the Monarchs to a third-place finish at the 2011 Nebraska State Class A Tournament and played on integral role on their way to a championship title at that same event one year earlier ... received all-state honors as a senior after batting .438 (.434 for her career), driving in 30 runs and stealing 30 bases for the 19-10 Monarchs ... also has lettered twice in basketball (shooting guard) and track (sprints) as a prep.

PERSONAL: Born Ashley Marie Schilling on May 6, 1994 … is the daughter of Gary and Carol Schilling … has a sister (Shelby) and two brothers (Kelly and Tyler) … is majoring in exercise science at UMD.
