2015 (Sophomore): Season best 22:23.70 at the NCAA Division II Regional Meet, finished 19th individually at the NSIC conference meet, helped team with 1st place win at NSIC conference meet, assisted team in 7th place finish at NCAA National Championships
2014 (Freshman): Raced a season PR of 22:38 at the UW-Oshkosh Inivational • Member of the 2nd place NSIC Conference team • Member of 1st place finishing NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championship team • Member of the NCAA Divison II National team that took home the 3rd place trophy • Helped the Bulldogs defend their Championship title at the Roy Griak Invitational
Before UMD: Five-time All-State runner in cross country • Highest finished was 6th place at the Minnesota State Class AA Cross Country Championships • Six-time letter winner for track and cross country • 4x800M relay Minnesota State Class AA participant • Team Captain • Six-time All-Conference for cross country • Five-time All-Conference for track
