2015 (Senior): Eager to race in her last Cross Country season as a Bulldog

2014 (Junior): Ran a season personal best of 24:53.9 at the NSIC Conference Championships, where the team placed 2nd • Helped the Bulldogs defend their Roy Griak Invitational Team Champion Title • Competed in six races as a Bulldog

2013 (Sophomore): At the St. Olaf Invitational, finished with a season-best time of 24:24.2 • Ran a season-best time of 20:06.6 (5K) at the UW Parkside Lucian Rosa Invitational • Competed in four races as a Bulldog

2012 (Freshman): Ran a season-best time of 24:25.1 at the Dan Huston Invitational, finishing 40th overall • Competed at the NSIC Cross Country Championships for the Bulldogs

Before UMD: Three-sport-letter winner for Soccer, Nordic Ski and Track & Field at Mounds View High School • All-Conference for the Suburban East Conference • Multiple Minnesota State Class AA appearances in Soccer and Nordic Ski for the Mustangs • Team captain for Nordic Ski and Track & Field • All-State Academic • 2011 Student Athlete of the Year
