2014 (Freshman): Member of the 2nd place NSIC Conference Team, contributing with a PR of 22:47.5 • Member of the NCAA Division II Central Region Championship Team • Competed at the NCAA Division II National Champions, helping the team take home the 3rd place trophy • Helped the Bulldogs defend their Roy Griak Invitational Team Champion Title

Before UMD: Ten-time Minnesota State appearances in Cross Country and Track & Field combined • Two-time St. Cloud Time Cross Country Runner of the Year • Holds fourteen Minnesota State age running records including the 10K, 10 mile, half marathon and marathon
