Before UMD: Four-time letter for cross country • Two-time letter-winner in track • All-Conference • All-Conference Honorable Mention • 2nd place finish at the 2012 North Suburban Conference meet • Three-time letter winner in nordic ski as well • All Conference • All Conference Honorable Mention • Three sport team captain
