UMD Athletics

Drew Smith is in his first season as the women’s hockey team video coordinator. Prior to joining the hockey operations staff, he was a member of the athletic communications staff and worked to capture all 16 Bulldog teams. 

Smith is a native of Plymouth, Minnesota and a graduate of Wayzata High School. He has served in a variety of roles around digital media including television production, journalism, social media and photography. 

He is studying journalism and photography at UMD and looks forward to capturing the Bulldogs.
