2019-2020:  Captained the Bulldogs for a second-straight season...skated in all 36 games, compiling two goals and seven assists for nine points...owned an impressive plus/minus rating of +14...cracked UMD's all-time list for assists with 43, and finished her career in the 10th spot...suited up for the Canada National Development Team in August for her second U.S.-Canada series in as many years.

2018-2019:  Served as one of two team captains last season while skating in 32 games and compiling three goals and 12 assists for 15 points ... notched three game-winning assists ... was named a 2018-19 WCHA All-Academic Team honoree ... skated in the U.S.- Canada series in August for Canada.

2017-2018:  Named the Bulldogs Most Valuable Player after recording 22 points on six goals and 16 assists in 35 games ... ranked third this past season in points, and two points out of the top spot while owning a team-best 16 helpers ... had a team-high and WCHA best three game-winning tallies, and ranked fourth in the league in blueliner points per game with a 0.46 PPG average ... with a WCHA defenseman-high nine power play points, was also named to 2017-18 All-WCHA Third Team ... registered four multiple-point games, including a goal and two assists against Bemidji State on Oct. 27, 2017.

2016-2017:  Played in 34 games, registering two goals and eight assists for 10 points ... had two game-winning assists against then No. 2 Minnesota in UMD's series sweep at AMSOIL on Jan. 13-14, 2017 ... in all, dished out three helpers to secure the WCHA's Defensive Player of the Week for Jan. 17, 2017 ... recorded three games with multiple point efforts.

BEFORE UMD: Won a silver medal with Canada in the 2016 IIHF Under-18 Women’s World Championship in St. Catharines, Ontario in January of 2016 ... played four years with the Yellowhead Chiefs out of Shoal Lake, Manitoba of the MFMMHL ...  compiled 17 goals and 35 assists for 52 points in 109 games, with a career-high 27 points on nine goals and 18 assists in 2014-15 ... skated for Team Manitoba in the 2015 Canada Winter Games and competed for Canada’s U-18 squad in a three-game series against the United States on August 20-23, 2015.

PERSONAL:  Born Jalyn Lizanne Margaret Elmes in Brandon, Manitoba ... is the daughter of John and Brenda Elmes ... has two brothers (Jaxon and Josh) ... is a 2016 graduate of Crocus Plains ... is a psychology major at UMD.
