2026-27 (Freshman): USA Hockey U19 Training Camp in July of 2026)

BEFORE UMD: Along with her sister Brooke, become the second pair of sisters to commit to UMD in program history and have the opportunity to become the first sisters to play in a game together ... named to the U.S. U-18 Women's National Team in January of 2026 and skated in the U-18 IIHF Women's World Championship for the U.S. squad that won gold ... played in six games and scored five goals and added two assists for seven total points in the tournament ... also represented Team USA in the 2025 Under-18 Series vs. Canada where she had a goal and an assist in three games ... a 16/17 USA Hockey National Development Camp invitee in July,  she skated for Woodbury High School her freshman through junior seasons and compiled133 points (80g, 53a) over 80 games ... as a senior over the 2025-26 season, joined Centennial High School, where she had 36 goals and 23 points for 59 points in 26 games -- a 2.26 points per game clip ... named to the Minnesota Star Tribune's All-Minnesota Team as a junior and senior ... four-time all-conference selection and was a finalist for the 2026 Ms. Hockey Award ... was a National Champion in 2025 and 2026 with Tradition Vegas (19U) and Minnesota Silver (16U).

PERSONAL: Is the daughter of Christopher Gnetz and Julie Nickila ... has three brothers (Cole, Nash, and Trey) and a twin sister, Brooke, who also plays for the Bulldogs ... graduated from Centennial High School in 2026 ... is an exercise and rehabilitation science major at UMD.
