2015 (Senior) Season: Looks to compete in the NCAA Division II Championships again • Repeat NSIC team championships • Provisional qualify again

2014 (Junior) Indoor: Finished 14th at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships, in the pentathlon • 10th place finish, in the Distance Medley Relay, at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships • Won the Pentathlon at the NSIC Indoor Multis Championships, with a season best 3605 points • 2nd place finish in high jump, with a season best jump of 1.67M, at the NSIC Indoor Championships • Season best 1:36.70 in the 600M at the NSIC Indoor Championships, finishing 5th overall • 1st place finish in the Distance Medley Relay, at the Parents Day Open, with a season-best time of 11:53.60 • Season-best 26.29 in the 200M at the MSU Mankato Open • Provisional qualifier in high jump

2014 (Junior) Outdoor: Finished 4th in the Heptathlon at the NSIC Outdoor Multis Championships • 5th place finish in the 400M hurdles at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, in a season-best 61.77 • Season-best finish in the Heptathlon with 4409 at the Emporia State Meet • Provisional qualifier in the Heptathlon and the 400M hurdles • Season-best jump of 1.64M at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • 2nd place finish in the 4x100M relay at the NSIC Championships, with a school record time of 47.85

2013 (Sophomore) Indoor: 5th place finish in the pentathlon at the NSIC Indoor Multis Championships, with a season best 3188 points • Season best 59.92 in the 400M at the NSIC Indoor Championships • 43.56 season-best in the 300M at the CSS Opener • Best jump of 1.66M at the Northwest Open

2013 (Sophomore) Outdoor: 9th place finish in the 400M hurdles at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • Season best 64.85 in the 400M hurdles at the Meet of the Unsaintly • Won high jump at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • Season-best jump of 1.66M at the Warrior Women’s Open • Finished 7th in the heptathlon at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • Won the 400M hurdles at the Hamline Invitational

2012 (Freshman) Indoor: Finished 6th at the NSIC Indoor Championships, in high jump with a season-best 1.56M • Season-best 64.93 in the 400M at the Parents Day Open • Won high jump at the Beaver Classic and at the Dairy Queen Blizzard Open • Season best 8.88 in the 60M at the Super 8 Invitational

2012 (Freshman) Outdoor: Season-best 65.58 in the 400M hurdles at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • Best 1.59M in high jump at the Kip Janvrin Open, finishing 2nd overall • 8th place finish in the hurdle shuttle relay at the Drake Relays • Ran a season-best 62.63 in the 400M at the Twin Ports Open • Season best 3492 points at the UWRF Falcon Invitational
