Biography
2015-2016 (Junior): Looks forward to competing for the Bulldogs in the short sprints and javelin this year.
2015 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed at the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference meet • Threw a personal best 28.38M in the javelin • Ran a season best 13.55 in the 100M • Finished 6th in javelin at the Meet of the UnSaintly.
2014-2015 Indoor (Sophomore): Season best 8.49 in the 60M • Ran a season best 28.83 in the 200M at the Parents Day Open • 2nd place finish in the 4x200M relay at the Yellowjacket Open.

2014 Outdoor (Freshman): Ran a season-best time of 13.36 in the 100M, finishing 8th overall at Carleton Relays • Threw a season-best 23.23M in javelin at the Carleton Relays.

2013-2014 Indoor (Freshman): Season-best time of 8.18 in the 60M at the CSS Opener, finishing 3rd overall • Finished with a season-best time of 28.27 in the 200M at the Parents Day Open.

Before UMD: Four-time letter winner in track at Brainerd High School • Hamline Elite Meet participant • School record in the 60M and 4x100M relay • Most Valuable Player • Letter winner in Volleyball as well.
Personal: Daughter of Dave and Jody Ryan •  Four siblings; Alex, Jack, Sydney, and Sam.
